The menu is renewed 4 times a year and regularly complimented by special dishes.
Our chef Stanislas BEZIAT offers you a meticulous, creative, fresh and inspiring cuisine in accordance with seasonal products. Our Chef was trained by recognised chefs such as Lionel LEVY and he does all he can to maintain our restaurant titles of Maître Restaurateur (Master Restaurateur) awarded in 2011and the “coup de cœur” 11 out of 20 recommendation in the Gault and Millau Guide. He also has at the heart of his cooking a passion for development and progress.
